| Abstract: |
A simplified description of the Community legislation
represents the EC-law as a rule of internal law—thus as a social
message—, but created with a method and from a point of view
characteristic of international law—thus as record of a common
agreement. This hybrid is sometimes qualified as ‘droit diplomatique’. However, this simple scheme may be thrown into question by a closer consideration of the process of creation of the Community law (see, for instance, the extent of consultation of the interested parties). |
