the advocacy of “Relativity of Asian Human Rights” arisen in the
nineties, it is expected the building of Jurisprudence of Human Rights,

In the report, we discuss the following; 1. By reflecting controversial points of universal human rights so far, we clearly recognize historical significance of human rights and define a historical role of East Asian Human Rights. 2.
