Publication: Submission and Technical Requirements


The paper should be submitted as an e-mail attachment in Word-format. Make sure to check that your paper does not exceed the limit on length of 5,000 words (or 12 printed pages). If you use another word-processing programme, please convert your file to either a Word-document or a RTF-document. Please use a minimum of special layout functions and more than three levels of heading should be avoided. For papers containing diagrams, mathematical or logical formula and other technical notations, please be prepared also to supply, on request, a pdf-file or a paper copy. As the papers will be published by different publishers, you may be asked by the publisher who has accepted your paper for publication to revise the paper and/or re-edit the paper to conform with that publisher’s house-style.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION: 30 SEPTEMBER 2003

In the e-mail the following details must be included in addition to the attachment:

You should contact the person to whom your submission is sent if a confirmation of receipt is not forthcoming within three working days after the submission. Please retain this confirmation as it constitutes proof that a paper has been submitted before the deadline.

Only in case where it is absolutely impossible to send the file by e-mail should the paper be sent in a diskette to:
