Publication: General Information
General Information
Final versions of congress papers submitted before the strict deadline of 30 September 2003 will be considered for publication by the publication committee (see below). The author must undertake not to submit the paper elsewhere until 31 December 2003 unless he/she receives an earlier notice of refusal, in which case the author is free to submit the refused paper for publication through other channels.
After the submission the author will receive a confirmation of receipt. After an initial review by the publication committee, the paper will either be refused or be passed on to one or more of the publishers for further consideration (choose "Publication Channels" in left menu). The publisher may request that the paper be revised. The publisher will also deal with the authors directly on issues concerning copyrights and other legal and technical issues. All financial arrangements are a matter between the author and the publisher and are not the responsibility of the publication committee.
The publication committee undertakes to confirm acceptance or refusal of all duly submitted papers by 31 December 2003. A list of accepted papers together with information on when and where they will be published will be available at the congress website and in a Beiheft of ARSP.
You can download a printer-friendly pdf-file with information on publication.
